The agent was great and explained everything clearly answering all my questions and going out of her way to ensure that I had all the information and support needed as I have a hearing difficulty. As a first cruise this sounds ideal for me - sailing out of port close to home and visiting places I’ve never been to before. I was given choices for meals, cabins explained and info about access to the cruise terminal. Excellent service.

The booking clerk is helpful, answered our questions, being cruise virgins! She provided a brief summary of two cruises sailing within a couple of days of departure dates and tried her best to get us a suite on the cruise choosen. A good 1st experience of cruising. We did have some difficulty trying to link our booking information on the website., most likely due to us being not so fluent in dealing with websites. We sent an email and it was sorted. Once again good response. Looking forward to paying for our cruise, booking excursions and the cruise!
